Gym Membership provides unlimited class access during the membership period, while Class Pass works on a per-class basis with advance booking required.
Members with gym subscriptions don't need to book, but those using class passes must reserve spots ahead of time.
We use an online platform called Gymdesk for reservations. The cutoff time for booking is 1 hour before the class starts.
You can still come to class and notify coaches upon arrival for manual attendance logging.

Kids Programs
Children can start as young as 5 years old in the Tots program with age-appropriate adjustments.

All classes are closely supervised by experienced instructors who pair students by size, skill, and temperament.
Gi uniform required for gi classes; rashguard and shorts for no-gi sessions. Trial classes allow standard sports clothing.
Yes, parents may observe from designated seating areas but should refrain from coaching during class.
